SALES CONDITIONS

BOOKING

A booking agreement with a fee is concluded with the buyer on the selected apartment. The booking takes effect upon the receipt of the booking agreement fee – 4000€ – in the developer’s bank account. The booking will be valid until the conclusion of the notarial sales contract subject to the law of obligations. The booking agreement fee will be included in the final price of the apartment upon the conclusion of the contract subject to the law of obligations.

A CONTRACT SUBJECT TO THE LAW OF OBLIGATIONS

A notarial sales contract under the law of obligations is concluded with the buyer to agree on the details of the transaction. A pre-requisite for concluding the contract under the law of obligations is the payment of at least 10% (ten per cent) of the contract of purchase and sale price.

REAL-RIGHT CONTRACT

When the apartment is ready, notarized real right contract is concluded, the buyer pays the rest of the purchase price and possession of the apartment is given to the buyer in accordance with the terms stipulated in the notarized sales contract.
